Q. Do you provide full catering services?  A. No.  Only spits, rotisseries and barbeques.
Q. How much meat can I cook on the medium-sized spit?  A. 2 rolls of meat around 5-6kg each are ideal.
Q. How much meat can I cook on the large-sized spit? A. Up to 35kg pig or lamb, or multiple combinations of rolls of meat ranging up to 8kg each.
Q. How long does it take to cook the meat?  A. Pork, lamb and chicken - 45 minutes to 1 hour per kilogram. Beef -  1 hour 15 minutes per kilogram.
Q. Can I use my own charcoal or heat beads? A. Our provided gidgee charcoal is recommended for best results, but you can use your own fuel if preferred.
